Where can i find good puzzle toys for my dog?

Well, I have a smart little doggie, and she’s very easily bored with the toys she has right now. She’s a shepard collie cross, and, to my dismay, she’s already mastered how to get treats out of Kong toys. Right now, I’m keeping her occupied with an oddly shaped treat inside of a plastic water bottle ><. So, if anyone knows some other toys I could get for her, that would be awesome. I have a 2 story rat cage and two female rats. These are my first and I’m not sure if I have to many toys in the cage or if its fine. They have 3 houses 2 ladders a wheel and another small toy. I have a parakeet and a lovebird. My parakeet doesn’t really like to play with anything but the expensive bell toys, but my lovebird will play with anything. My parakeet does love to chew on my baskets which I hate. Is there anything close to a basket that he will like that he can chew on? He doesn’t like bird chew toys.
