Definitely; you’re not looking for high cuisine here just fast, easy and tasty; …after work when you walk through the door…
First turn the oven on at 400 F and wrap potatoes or yams in tinfoil and put them in the oven – poke them with a sharp knife first.
Use a box of Shake n Bake Coating mix, follow the directions, & put the pork chops in the oven. By the time they are ready you will have the salad an/or vegetables ready – check the fridge for fresh vegetable, the pantry for tins, or the freezer for frozen.
Couldn’t be any quicker or easier than that.
Actually, sounds pretty good: Pork Chops, baked potato/s with butter (sour cream if it’s in the fridge) baked beans. and salad (can of 3 bean salad in the pantry will be fine).
