  • What are good toys to keep dogs occupied?

I have a very active 10 month old American Bulldog. When we are home we take her out for walks, dog park, and so on. But when we are at work she is in her crate because I just got her a couple days ago and we are still working on her relationship with the cat and the furniture. I have read that I should give her some "smart toys" to play with that will keep her occupied while we are away, but what kind of toys are considered "smart toys"?
